**Please either send using a trackable service or get a receipt of shipping/posting and please make sure to mark the item as RETURNED GOODS if you have to fill out a custom declaration form**
The cheapest way to return a package to us is using the 'standard airmail' service at the post office with a receipt of shipping/posting
Please also include a short letter stating the following:
1. Date of purchase
2. Full name and/or business name
3. Email address (the one used to make the order)
Please note: If you return the product, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, but you will be responsible for any return shipping fee's
You must return all products back to us (used, unused or bundled/free offers) to be eligible for a refund
**Once again, Please either return using a trackable service or get a receipt of shipping/posting (in the event your package is lost/damage/stolen/misdelivered and you do not have a proof of return we will not be able to process your refund) ... and please make sure to mark the item as RETURNED GOODS if you have to fill out a custom declaration form**
What to do if your order arrives damaged:
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged you MUST inform us within 48 hours making sure you retain all packaging and goods. If you inform us after the 48 hour period we will not be able to claim off our courier, therefore we will not be able to replace your order free of charge, hence why it is very important to inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damage that is reported outside of this deadline as it may have been caused due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
To support your claim please send an email to email@example.com with a short description of the damage and photographic evidence to allow us to claim off our courier. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you send the following photos:
1. At least 2 photos of the damage to your bottle, label, top, etc....
2. 1-2 photos of the outer packaging showing any damage, leakage, ripping etc... to the packaging.
