>> Oil Pulling:
This is great to give your entire mouth a really good clean... you can do this every time you have a shower (so it never gets monotonous) this works great and is proven in multiple studies to help clean the teeth, reduce plaque levels and kill bad oral bacteria (you only need to do it for about 5-10 minutes if you add a few drops of Dental Pro 7 into the mix)
How to oil pull:
1. Measure one tablespoon of oil, such as coconut, grapeseed or olive oil.
2. Put 4-5 drops of Dental Pro 7 into the oil
3. Swish it around in your mouth for 5-10 minutes (this can be done in the shower for convenience) being careful not to swallow any.
While swishing, use the shape of your mouth to pull the oil mixture through all the gaps in your teeth and force the liquid down into your gums (concentrating on your worse affected area's)
4. Spit the oil into a trash can once you're done (if you use coconut oil, don't spit this down the sink as it will harden and clog your pipes)
5. Rinse your mouth well using water before eating or drinking anything.
>> Using Dental Pro 7 in a Waterpik:
A Waterpik or Oral irrigator is great at getting to the bacteria or infections that are deep down below the gum line where regular tooth brushing just can't reach
How to use Dental Pro 7 in a Waterpik/Oral Irrigator:
1. Measure out roughly 1 cap full of mouthwash (any cheap mouthwash will do, this is just required as it allows Dental Pro 7 to mix with the water in step 3) -- If you have one of the new handheld waterpiks though. just fill the unit up with about 1/4 mouthwash
2. Apply 4-5 drops of Dental Pro 7 directly into the mouthwash
3. Apply the mixture into the water tank of your Waterpik
4. Fill the rest of the water tank with water and give it a little shake/mix (if possible)
>> Intermittent fasting (Optional):
We have now had many users email us about the fantastic results they've achieved while using Dental Pro 7 and intermittent fasting together... this makes sense as intermittent fasting as it has been shown in multiple scientific studies to improve cellular repair, optimize gene expression and lower insulin levels (all 3 which could potentially benefit your oral health)
Other benefits could come from the fact that as your eating and drinking window is much smaller, this can limit the amount of time sugars and carbohydrates feed the bad bacteria on your teeth and gums, this also gives your body longer to re-mineralize your teeth and keep your mouth in the 'healthy' PH range
You can choose any fasting method you like, but the easiest way in our opinion is the 16:8 method, this is where you don't eat or drink anything containing calories for 16 hours a day (this includes sleep so it's not as bad as it sounds) and you can eat anytime during an 8 hour window each day
So for example; You could have your last meal at 8pm in the evening and then you don't eat anything until 12 o'clock (midday) the following day, you can change your 8 hour eating window to fit your exact lifestyle though
